Orders over 50€ get free shipping or 10€ discount if postage is over 10 euros. Postage is added to the total sum of the order. The customer is responsible for possible customs costs. Orders are handled as soon as possible. In Finland packages are shipped in Priority mail, XXS-lähetys or Smartpost (LPs always in Smartpost), in Europe in Priority mail and in the rest of the world in Economy mail. We kindly ask Finnish customers to report their mobile phone number in order to get their package codes from Posti. Average delivery times:
- Finland: 4 business days
- Europe: 7-15 business days
- Rest of the world: 14-28 business days.
Packages abroad will be sent abroad without tracking codes. This is one way to keep our shipping costs reasonable. If you wish to have your package tracked, please contact us, so we tailor a trackable package for you. Average additional prices for tracking code packages are 10 euros in Europe and 20 euros outside Europe.
Payment methods
You can pay with PayPal and most common credit and debit cards. If you would like to use bank wire, please contact us at store@hauntedzoo.net with your order details. Our prices are very reasonable. If you want to pay more than the list prices, you can support the bands by adding voluntary extra at the cart section.
Covid-19 info
Due to Covid-19 pandemic there can be several delays in delivery times. It is also impossible to send mail from Finland to some countries at the moment. Thank you for your understanding!
